These terms apply to your use of jiahome.sg (the “website”), operated by JIAHOME (“we”, “us”). By using the website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Information on this website

Content on this website, including design concepts, guides, package descriptions and prices, is general information to help you plan your home. It is not professional advice for your specific property. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or current.

2. Prices and packages

Prices shown, such as “from $800”, are indicative starting prices. The final scope, deliverables, fee and timeline for any service are confirmed in writing in your quotation or service agreement before work begins. Where these terms and your service agreement differ, your service agreement applies.

3. Enquiries and consultations

Submitting an enquiry or attending a free consultation does not create any obligation for you or for us. A service only begins once you have accepted a written quotation or agreement.

4. Design concepts and images

Photos on our design concept pages are shown for inspiration and design reference only. Unless stated otherwise, JIAHOME does not own the designs or projects pictured; credit belongs to the studios and photographers named. They are not examples of our completed work.

5. Intellectual property

Our text, branding, logo and the drawings, renders and documents we create for you are owned by JIAHOME unless your service agreement says otherwise. You may use the drawings we deliver for your own home renovation. You may not copy, republish or sell our content without written permission.

6. Third-party partners and links

We may recommend or link to partners, suppliers and contractors, such as those on our partner pages. They are independent businesses. Any purchase or contract with them is between you and them, and we are not responsible for their products, services or websites.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies when you use the website.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
