Get the vision right before choosing an ID
ID firms usually quote from mood boards and layout plans, leaving design mockups until after the deposit. It’s hard to know whether a firm truly understands your vision before you commit.
Engage us first. We run in-depth consultations on your preferences, lifestyle and functional needs, then present 3D renderings and mood boards so you can see your space clearly before signing anything.

What is the difference between managing my own renovation and hiring your project manager?
Both start with the same design work: 2D layouts, up to 10 3D renders and a fill-in-the-blank quotation. If you manage it yourself, you coordinate contractors with our step-by-step guidebook and supplier list. If you hire our project manager, we coordinate contractors, suppliers and the works for you, for one fixed fee.
Can I take your designs to any contractor or interior design firm?
Yes. That is the point of designing first. Your 2D and 3D drawings and the quotation without prices let any contractor quote on exactly the same scope, or you can take the vision to the interior design firm of your choice.
How many rounds of design changes do I get?
Up to three major rounds of changes to the concept and drawings.
What do I receive at the end of the design stage?
Downloadable high-quality PDFs of your 2D and 3D drawings, a quotation with all the work listed but without prices, our list of trusted suppliers and a renovation guidebook. We stay available on WhatsApp during and after your renovation.
Do you charge a percentage of my renovation cost?
No. Interior designers often charge a percentage of the project cost. We charge one fixed fee for our services, with no markup on your renovation contract.
