This policy explains how JIAHOME (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). By using this website or contacting us, you agree to this policy.

1. Personal data we collect

• Details you give us: name, email address, mobile number, property type, key collection date, the service you are interested in, and anything you tell us about your home.
• Messages you send through WhatsApp, Telegram, phone or email.
• Technical data, with your consent: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and how you arrived at the site, collected through cookies (Google Analytics and, where enabled, the Meta Pixel).

2. Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange consultations.
• To provide our design, consultation and project management services, and to communicate about your project.
• To improve our website and measure our marketing, only where you have accepted cookies.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we only contact you about your enquiry or project unless you agree to more.

3. Consent and withdrawal

We collect, use and disclose your personal data with your consent, or where the PDPA otherwise permits. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. We will tell you the likely consequences, for example that we may no longer be able to provide a service.

4. Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us run our business and this website, and only as needed for their service, for example:

• Website hosting and content delivery (Vercel, Cloudflare)
• Database and file storage (Neon, Cloudflare R2)
• Email (Zoho Mail)
• Analytics and advertising, with your consent (Google, Meta)
• Contractors or suppliers you ask us to coordinate with on your project

5. Transfers outside Singapore

Some of these providers store or process data outside Singapore, for example in the United States. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your data receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.

6. Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics and advertising cookies are used only after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. You can decline, or clear cookies in your browser at any time.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymise it.

8. Protection

We use reasonable security arrangements, including access controls and encrypted connections, to protect your data against unauthorised access, use or disclosure.

9. Access and correction

You may ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible and may charge a reasonable fee for access requests, which we will tell you about first.
