Thoughtful art direction, not quick sales

For the longest time, I have been looking for ways to oversee my own project. But it was difficult until we met JIAHOME! Their process was smooth and easy to follow, especially during the design phase. How much to spend on our renovation was much clearer when we acted on the design first.

Very satisfying experience with JIAHOME! Having a wabi-sabi theme for our new BTO gave us a lot of insecurity. We couldn’t be sure an ID could do what we wanted over a Zoom call. We ended up getting another ID to do the reno, but no regrets letting design come first!

I thought JIAHOME was another interior design firm, but after a chat I realised they provide 3D designs at a reasonable price. And it wasn’t just the 3D: they also gave me a fill-in-the-blank quotation, so sourcing contractors was easy.

We took a leap of faith with JIAHOME because our main goal was to save as much as we could. They did not let us down! Going through JIAHOME instead of an expensive ID firm saved us quite a bit, which went into electronics and furniture instead.
